Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 01-07-2026
TABLE214, operated by ConviOne, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.
Our current status is partially conformant: we meet most WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, but some content may not yet fully conform to all requirements. We are actively working to address outstanding issues.
Technical specifications
Accessibility of TABLE214 relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
- HTML5
- WAI-ARIA
- CSS
- JavaScript
These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
Our approach to accessibility
TABLE214 takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Use of semantic HTML5 landmarks (
<header>,<main>,<nav>,<footer>) throughout the platform. - Keyboard navigability: all interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators.
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
- Descriptive text alternatives (alt text) for all informative images.
- Form fields include visible labels associated programmatically with their controls.
- Error messages are descriptive and suggestions for correction are provided where possible.
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels up to 400% without loss of content or functionality.
- Support for system-level dark mode and high-contrast preferences.
- ARIA roles and attributes used where native HTML semantics are insufficient.
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of the Service may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known limitations include:
- Legacy embedded pages: Some pages served from our legacy system may not meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We are migrating these pages incrementally.
- Third-party content: Content provided by third-party restaurant operators (such as menu images without alt text) may not conform. We encourage restaurant partners to supply accessible content.
- PDF documents: Any PDF documents linked from the Service may not be fully tagged for screen-reader accessibility. We are working to replace or remediate these.
We are actively working to resolve these limitations. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please contact us using the details below.
WCAG 2.1 compliance summary
The following principles guide our accessibility work:
- Perceivable: Text alternatives for non-text content; captions for time-based media; content can be presented in different ways; content is distinguishable (contrast, resize, no images of text).
- Operable: All functionality available from a keyboard; users have enough time to read and use content; content does not cause seizures; users can navigate and find content.
- Understandable: Text is readable and understandable; content appears and operates in predictable ways; users are helped to avoid and correct mistakes.
- Robust: Content is compatible with current and future user agents, including assistive technologies.
Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of TABLE214. If you experience accessibility barriers or find content that is not accessible, please contact us:

Assessment approach
TABLE214 assesses the accessibility of the Service using the following approaches:
- Self-evaluation by our engineering and design teams.
- Automated accessibility checks integrated into our CI/CD pipeline.
- Manual testing with keyboard navigation and screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver).
- Periodic independent accessibility audits.
